Batuhan is one of the founding partners at Investin Residential, where he supports investors with in-depth guidance on residential property opportunities in Dubai, drawing on his long-standing experience in the real estate industry.

He began his career at Kuzeybatı RE. in 2003 and later headed the Project Development department at AND Gayrimenkul, the real estate arm of Anadolu Holding. There, he led the development of two landmark projects in Istanbul – the award-winning office tower AND Kozyatagi and the large-scale residential project AND Pastel.

At Investin Residential, Batuhan advises both local and international investors by combining his development expertise with a strong understanding of property markets. His goal is to help clients make well-informed decisions and build solid, long-term real estate portfolios in Dubai.
