Your phone number, your e-mail address (if provided), the page you sent the request from, the ad or link that brought you to the site, and the time of submission.

Purpose

To respond to your consultation request, to present suitable property options, and to measure which page or ad the request came from.

Legal basis

Processing directly related to entering into a contract (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Data is transferred to Meta only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1, Art. 9) — see the Explicit Consent Statement.

Recipients

REM App (customer relationship management), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp communication; ad measurement only with your explicit consent). These parties may process data outside Türkiye.

Method of collection

Electronically, through the forms on this website.

Retention period

If your request does not turn into a client relationship, 2 years from the last contact; if it does, for the duration of the contractual relationship and 10 years after it ends (general limitation period under the Turkish Code of Obligations). Expired data is deleted or anonymised in periodic destruction carried out at least every 6 months.
